Late mixed dentition

The Pre-Orthodontic Trainer for Kids™ (T4K®) has become one of the most popular and successful products available from MRC. The T4K® provides tooth eruption guidance and features which correct myofunctional habits.

Growth and development are slowing down in the late-mixed dentition and as a result, some patients may need extra arch development in combination with MRC's appliances.

T4K® Phase 1Stage 1

T4K® Phase 1<span class="stage">Stage 1</span>

The T4K® is most effective in early mixed dentition for tooth eruption guidance and correction of myofunctional habits. The T4K® Phase 1 is intended to be used as the starting appliance. It is flexible, can adapt to a wider range of patients and is suitable for more extreme starting cases.

T4K® Phase 2Stage 2

T4K® Phase 2<span class="stage">Stage 2</span>

The T4K® is most effective in early mixed dentition for tooth eruption guidance and correction of myofunctional habits. The T4K® Phase 2 is a firmer appliance and is best used after the T4K® Phase 1. It provides additional arch development and tooth alignment.
