VIPI BLOCK TRILUX

VIPI BLOCK TRILUX® is a high quality innovative material, used in the elaboration of long duration cemented and screwed crowns (Single and Multiple). This excellent product is composed of acrylic resins with OMC (Organically Modified Ceramics) nanotechnology materials that elaborate the three-layered tooth TRILUX®, giving a visual appearance close to the natural look. It also assures high molecular weight, high mechanical, chemical and abrasion resistance. All this brings to the users the possibility of elaboration of provisional prostheses for long term use.

Use instruction:
  1. Attach the block on the machine following the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. The color variation at the element may vary due to the driil tool (or piece) positioning, see example on pictures 1, 2 and 3. Fig. 1: Positioning the piece at the top of the block, more incisal.   3. After the machining, remove the block from the equipment and remove the element from the block.
  4. According to the type of requirement of the manufactured work, for finishing, use mills, sanders and rubbers. If gloss is needed, use mechanical polishing with VIPI BRIL.

  • Residual dust on milling process may cause irritation on eyes, skin and airways.
